The original idea for this Software was suggested by Richard Thaler: “A few of us have learned a simple rule: don’t send an angry email in the heat of the moment…We propose a Civility Check that can accurately tell whether the email you’re about to send is angry and caution you, warning: this appears to be an uncivil email. do you really and trulywant to send it?”.

Nudge Mail – Remainder made easy
Nudgemail, allows you to set alerts for events by sending the service an e-mail with the time you want to be reminded. Nudgemail is a really easy Web application. It sends you an e-mail reminding you to follow-up on a previous e-mail, you don’t even have to sign up for anything. You just forward the e-mail you want to be reminded about to nudge@nudgemail.com.
Edit the subject line to include the date, and even time if you like. You may use terms like “tomorrow,” “Monday,” or “Oct 13,” or “2 hours.”
